our picks for your eco-friendly bachelorette

Hey guys it’s your fav intern Mirelle again. One of our lovely brides had some questions about how we could make her bachelorette party a bit more eco friendly. This got me thinking about not only what we could do, but what y’all could do yourselves to keep your waste levels down with your own parties. Here are some ideas on little switches you could make!

For decorations we all love a good banner, but try using recycled paper for yours. You can DIY it or order a custom one from some place like https://www.greenerprinter.com/. Add some dried flowers or cute designs and you’re good to go!

One of our statement pieces for our bubbly bars are balloons but switching them out for flowers can reduce plastic waste and you can even save the flowers to make a cute dried flower bouquet or compost them!

Adding simple changes like paper straws, or buying alcohol that comes in boxes or glass rather than plastic containers can help make an impact without losing any affect on your design. We already use paper straws and personally I think they’re the cutest.

Another way to stay eco friendly is reducing your travel. Staying close to home or going glamping rather than staying in a hotel are super cute ways of having fun in a less wasteful way. If you do travel, consider staying in an airbnb, and do your research.
