check-in + time frames
Can we arrive before your check in?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrive until your confirmed check-in time. We recommend booking with us for your confirmed check-in time, then let us know if you end up getting an early check-in ASAP! We will do our best to accommodate a time change! The sooner we know about a time change the more likely it will be we can adjust your setup time.
Do you have to be there to let us in?
Nope! The week of your set-up, we’ll get your lockbox code or other entry information so our team can arrive promptly at check-in time to get started. Feel free to go grab a drink while we’re decorating — we’re here to take the work out of your hands so you can relax!
Can we contact the AirBnb, hotel, etc. about getting an earlier check in time?
We are only able to contact our established partners about early check-in times! Please let us know where you’re staying and we can let you know if we’re able to reach out. Regardless of who your host is, we do recommend letting them know that you have booked us to come in and decorate, fill the fridge, etc. It’s always nice to give them the heads up!
How long does the setup take?
Every package will vary; check out our signature + premium packages for more specific times! We’ll also be able to give you a more definitive answer once you’re booked + we know what services you’ll be using!

What is included in the “fill-the-fridge” service?
Two stops are included with your fill-the-fridge service! The majority of our clients will use one stop for groceries, then the other stop for alcohol. Please note that our fill-the-fridge service does not include the cost of groceries or a 20% tip for our delivery driver.
What colors can I choose for my balloons?
Our balloon + backdrop package + our Kay + Co Signature Package both allow for customizable balloon colors. Choose up to three or four colors, or send us a photo of your decor inspiration + we’ll help you choose!
Am I able to switch out the services in the packages?
Our packages comes as is, so unfortunately they cannot be altered. If a package doesn’t work for you then we suggest booking the separate services you need!
pricing + invoices
Can I change my invoice after booking?
Yes! We can make changes to your invoice up to 1 month before your setup date.
What is your refund policy?
If cancelling more than six months in advance: full refund. If cancelling between six months & one month in advance: deposit will not be returned but second payment will not be due. If cancelling less than one month in advance: no refund will be provided.
