Your deposit secures your dates in Charleston; basically, it confirms with us to set aside the date to get you ready for a great weekend. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be available to decorate, etc. Seems pretty straightforward, right?

Vendor discounts + comissions

We work with some amazing vendors in Charleston that we’ve had really incredible experiences with, & yes, we do get commissions & discounts from a few places around town. That being said, our first priority is to provide an amazing experience for every group visiting this great city. So for each group, we’re going to be completely candid about what vendors/restaurants/etc that we think are the best fit for your group, & we promise not to be biased.

cancellations + inclement weather

Initial deposits are non-refundable;

If for whatever reason you need to cancel or reschedule your Charleston weekend, we will work with you to get all possible vendor refunds. Our initial deposits are non-refundable & if you are canceling within one month of travel, your second deposit is also non-refundable. If canceling more than one month ahead, your second deposit will not be due. We appreciate your understanding!
