OUR PHONE CALL: We’ll walk you through what we can do for your weekend, including package options, decor options, & ideas that we have for your group. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have, plus tell us what you have in mind for your weekend. Post-call, we’ll send over our pricing guide so you can see exactly what your options are.


  1. Once you choose a planning package, we’ll send over a more detailed questionnaire to really get into the nitty-gritty of what your group is interested in.

  2. Within a week, we’ll curate a list of our best ideas for your weekend; we’ll include off-the-beaten-path faves, can’t-miss sight-seeing spots, & other ideas that we think you’d love for your itinerary. This lets you see ALL your options without all the work — including ideas that you can’t find on Google or Pinterest (just one perk of planning with a local, right?). If you’ll be celebrating a bachelor/ette or wedding weekend, we’ll also include options for bubbly bars & other celebratory add-ons. For every option, we’ll include pricing + details so that you know exactly what you’re getting into.

  3. We’ll chat about what ideas you loved & what questions you might have — we’re here to ensure that everything is absolutely perfect, so we want to hear your feedback before we craft your itinerary!

  4. We’ll take the ideas you loved & create your first-draft itinerary, making sure to include lots of details, & send it to you for review. From there, we can schedule another call or chat via email; we’ll go through your itinerary with you step-by-step to make sure we’re all on the same page & make any changes. With your approval, we’ll book & reserve everything we need to!

  5. Heading into your weekend, we’ll keep in touch about any other details we might need (for example, if you’re here for a bachelorette & you booked a bubbly bar, we’ll have a few extra questions). We’ll also make sure you have all ticket + reservation confirmations, any vendor contracts you might need (from caterers, photographers, etc, if you booked anything of that nature), & your full finalized itinerary with recommendations + details for every step of the way.

  6. You arrive to get the party started!
