FAQ's

We know planning a bachelorette trip can be very overwhelming. Don’t worry we are here to help! Here’s a list of the most frequently asked questions we get when it comes to the booking process:

  1. Can we arrive before your check in?

    • Unfortunately we cannot arrive until your confirmed check in time. Of course, if you get an earlier check in than your original one we will do our best to accommodate a time change! The sooner we know about a time change the more likely it will be we can adjust your setup time.

  2. Do you have to be there to let us in?

    • As long as we have your lock code information ahead of time then we can let ourselves in :)

  3. Can we contact the AirBnb, hotel, etc. about getting an earlier check in time?

    • No, we are not able to contact the host or hotel about an earlier check in. We do recommend letting them know that you have booked us to come in and decorate, fill the fridge, etc. It’s always nice to give them the heads up!

  4. What is included in the “fill the fridge” service?

    • Two stops are included. Typically clients will use 1 stop for groceries then the other stop for alcohol. It does not include the price of groceries + a 20% tip for our delivery driver.

  5. Do we offer planning help?

  6. How long does the setup take?

    • We tell all clients to please allow 1-2 hours for setup. Once you’re booked for specific services we can give you a more accurate estimate.

  7. What colors can I chose for my balloons?

    • You can choose whatever 3-4 colors for a balloon garland then for our BRIDE letters we have gold or silver letters.

  8. Can I change my invoice after booking?

    • Yes! We can make changes to your invoice up to 1 month before your setup date.

  9. What is your refund policy?

    • If cancelling more than four months in advance: full refund. If cancelling between four months & one month in advance: deposit will not be returned but second payment will not be due. If cancelling less than one month in advance: no refund will be provided.

  10. Am I able to switch out the services in the packages?

    • Our packages comes as is, so unfortunately they cannot be altered. If a package doesn’t work for you then we suggest booking the separate services you need!
